Austin Carlile has undergone arraignment on felonious assault charges stemming from an incident that occurred over the weekend in Bowling Green, Ohio.
PropertyOfZack broke the story, which UTG later detailed, and now it seems things have taken another turn. According to a new update to the Bowling Green Municipal Court website says that Carlile is due back in court on April 15, 2013. Additionally, he has been released on bond with the condition he have no contact, direct or indirect, with the victim until further order from the court. He is also not to cause, attempt, or threaten harm against any person or property.

DEF APPEARED IA/AR W/PROS OHANIAN AND ATTY KELLEY. CASE CONT PH; 4-15-13 @ 9:00AM. BOND – $25,000.00 – 100% + $25.00 SURCHARGE W/COND; DEF IS TO HAVE NO CONTACT, DIRECT OR INDIRECT W/ ALLEGED VICTIM UNTIL FURTHER ORDER OF THE COURT. NOT TO CAUSE, ATTEMPT OR THREATEN HARM TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY.
